Customer indentifies Company for liability, claim, action, cost, expense (including actual legal – fees charged by attorneys to the Company) and loss of any kind arising from any actual or alleged claim by a third party that any statements infringe the rights of that third party (including intellectual property rights and privacy rights) or that the data is objectionable, incorrect or misleading.
If the customer does not wish to pay the increased fees, he may terminate the agreement within - a period of not less than [30] days, provided that the company receives the notice before the effective date of the increase in fees. If Customer does not terminate the Agreement in accordance with this clause Excess fees will be accepted
